Our Vice President of Operations, Jake Soley, brings a strong operations background, most recently with Vesuvius Foundry Consumables, along with operations leadership in the food manufacturing sector. He contributes a process-driven scalable approach that supports consistent, repeatable success for our clients. Jake also offers exceptional leadership skills, developed during his 10-year career in the United States Marine Corps, which continue to shape his disciplined and result-oriented approach in the civilian workforce.
